I advise on national and cross-border M&A transactions including private equity transactions and joint venture projects with comprehensive advisory experience in particular in the automotive sector. In addition, I specialise on the optimisation of group structures, corporate restructurings, entity management, corporate governance, and corporate and commercial matters. I also have extensive legal experience in advising foreign companies and investors, in particular Japanese clients, on legal matters regarding their entry into the German / EU market and the establishment and expansion of their German business.

• Advised HomeServe, a global leading services advisor in the HVAC industry on the acquisition of multiple companies in Germany as well as on setting up the legal group structure of the German company group.
• Advised A.T. Kearney on the acquisition of a global strategic design company with subsidiaries in the US and China, and OPTANO, a provider of AI solutions.
