NOVOCONT Systembau GmbH and NOVORENT GmbH & Co. KG are companies based in Bad Sobernheim that specialize in the planning, production, maintenance, sale, and rental of system buildings and their turnkey assembly. With their Europe-wide network of partners, they are able to respond to all requirements individually, quickly and without compromising on quality. The companies have established themselves as innovative providers of modular construction solutions and bring many years of experience.

With this strategic acquisition, Siloco GmbH & Co. KG expands its portfolio to include highly specialized system buildings and strengthens its position as a full-service provider for the construction industry. The acquisition of NOVOCONT Systembau GmbH and NOVORENT GmbH & Co. KG allows Siloco GmbH & Co. KG to significantly enhance its planning expertise and leverage the Europe-wide partner network and longstanding experience in turnkey system building assembly that the acquired companies bring. Siloco GmbH & Co. KG intends to continue investing in the further development of these businesses.
