I am a junior associate in the Energy & Utilities team.
I have been advising clients since 2002, specialising in law of administrative proceedings and construction law.
I support clients through the process of transforming their energy sources, with a particular focus on increasing the use of renewable energy.
My responsibilities include, inter alia, preparing due diligence reports in the energy sector. For these projects, I analyse construction law and spatial planning regulations in the context of land use for specific investments, as well as existing spatial development conditions.
I prepare documentation for clients regarding support mechanisms for energy-intensive industries in relation to natural gas and electricity prices.
I also draft and review documents such as draft contracts, resolutions, orders, internal regulations, reports, statements, legal opinions, administrative decisions, and rulings.
In my daily work, I work with engineers from a variety of construction disciplines. This gives me a broad understanding of the regulations governing the investment process.
Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I gained 16 years of professional experience at one of the regional chambers of civil engineers. I also served as a member of examination boards responsible for granting construction licences for 12 years.
