About Me
I work as an associate in the Finance & Financial Regulation team in Warsaw.
I specialise in regulatory advice for financial institutions, focusing on cryptocurrency companies (including exchanges and issuers of tokens) and FinTech companies.I have many years of experience advising in the dynamic area of the laws that regulate the financial markets, such as the MiCA, AML, PSD, CRD, CRR and MiFID.
I advise start-ups and large international institutions on entering the Polish market.
I also put my knowledge and experience to use as a member of various expert groups, deliver lectures and trainings, and have authored many publications, including a commentary to the Act on Payment Services.
I also advise both financing parties and borrowers on financing transactions.
Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I gained experience in several international law firms.
