I provide comprehensive advice on both individual and collective employment law. My work focuses on drafting employment contracts, handling dismissals, and advising on employee leasing. I also specialise in collective employment matters, including co-determination, works council relations, and negotiating and implementing collective agreements. I also represent clients in court in both individual and collective employment law disputes.
