I am a senior associate in the Corporate/M&A department of our Paris office, admitted to practice in both Paris and in the state of New York, USA.

I represent both French and international companies in various transactions: domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions/sales of shares or assets, split-offs, joint-ventures, restructuring projects and securities matters. I also have a particular fondness for corporate governance matters.

My training in law, economics, management and finance both gives me a global vision and understanding of the issues our clients face, as well as enables me to better advise them on day-to-day topics in corporate law and when negotiating commercial agreements.

Prior to joining our firm in 2021, I worked in the Corporate/M&A department of a US law firm's French office for 2 years.
