As an associate in our international Corporate Group, I advise clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital, and corporate restructurings.

My practice covers corporate law in the broadest sense. I advise national and international corporations, investors, and strategic partners on a wide range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and venture capital investments. I enjoy supporting clients through all stages of a transaction - from structuring and negotiation to implementation.

Before joining Bird & Bird in 2025, I interned at various law firms where I gained valuable experience in broad areas of corporate law.
