Leveraging international experience in both private and public sector, I advise our clients through the complexities of M&A transactions and day-to-day corporate matters.

As an associate and part of the Corporate and M&A Group in Helsinki, I have been part of both domestic and complex cross-border transactions across different industries. In addition to corporate law, I have expertise in trade and customs law as well as food and beverage regulation compliance issues.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I spent eight years navigating the intricacies of international trade as a sales development consultant, followed by a distinguished role as a specialist lawyer-diplomat in charge of negotiating export permits with South Korea and Japan for Finnish livestock products.

I have an LL.M. from the University of Helsinki and graduated with an MSc (Economics & Business Administration) from Aalto University. This combination of legal expertise and business acumen allows me to offer comprehensive and insightful approach to any challenge.

Furthermore, I am fluent in Finnish, English and Korean, alongside with limited proficiency in Japanese, facilitates seamless communication with our international clients.
