About Me

I am a senior associate in the Commercial team in Warsaw. I have many years of experience in public procurement law and intellectual property law.

I have been advising clients since 2010, and specialise in public procurement procedures which involve European Union funds from the ordering party and contractor's side. I have been involved in pioneering projects on innovative procurement, including pre-commercial procurement.

I have carried out numerous audits and controls of public procurement proceedings. I also support beneficiaries in financial corrections in relation to violation of public procurement procedures, before managing and intermediate bodies, as well as in court-administrative procedures. I also represent clients in disputes before the National Chamber of Appeals and the district court, including one of the largest telecommunications and transport projects in Poland.

I have experience assisting entities creating and using know-how and broadly understood intellectual property, in particular in the scope of implementation of IT and telecommunications projects.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience whilst working in several well-regarded law firms. I have written many publications in the field of public procurement and have been a speaker at numerous training sessions and workshops on this subject, in particular, innovative procurement and computerisation.

I am a member of a film association and work with artists and film producers, and have advised on copyright in international co-productions of theatre performances. I work in Polish and English.
