About Me
I work as a Counsel in our Düsseldorf-based International HR Services team and provide our domestic and international clients with advice on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
I deal with general labour law questions and support our clients with the complete range of day-to-day HR questions, e.g. drafting of employment contracts or the dismissal of employees. I am also called on to advise on issues in collective employment law, such as operational co-determination or the handling of collective agreements.One key area of my practice is the handling of compliance cases and the conduct of investigations. My practice also focuses on national and international M&A transactions and restructuring.
During my legal training I gained practical experience by working at the Ministry of Finance (Berlin) and in the area of employment at Metro AG (Düsseldorf), an international law firm (Düsseldorf) and Axel Springer SE (Berlin).
