I am a legal adviser in our Danish public procurement team, and I advise public authorities and private companies in all aspects of public procurement law.
As legal adviser in the Danish public procurement team, I specialise in providing advice on and carrying out procurement tenders on behalf of public authorities. I have worked with public procurement since 2017 and have experience from all stages of the procurement processes, including preparing tender strategies, facilitating market dialogue, drafting tender material, conducting negotiations, and evaluating requests for participation and tenders.
Furthermore, I have experience in assessing changes to contracts under the public procurement law, as well as contract management and dispute resolution. I also advise bidders on the design and submission of tenders, which provides a great insight into both sides of a procurement process.
I also have experience in various public law issues such as requests for access to documents, the rules governing the Danish municipalities and regions' financial transactions, and their sale of real estate.
I utilize my Master's in Business Administration and Commercial Law to develop commercially sound solutions for both public authorities and private companies. I have several years of experience with working for the government in both the Danish Agency for Public Finance and Management and the Advisory Department – Government Procurement, which has given me an insight into the decision-making processes in public entities. Furthermore, this has given me experience with procurement procedures concerning intergovernmental framework agreements with a lot of different users with different needs.
