I am an associate in the Corporate Finance team in Hong Kong. My practice covers capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance and other general corporate matters.

I specialise in a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including initial public offerings on both the Main Board and the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, mergers & acquisitions, post-listing regulatory compliance as well as other related transactions.
