About Me
I am an associate in our Corporate and HR Services Groups in Prague. As a member of the Dispute Resolution team, I bring my corporate, commercial and employment expertise to formal litigation and other out-of-court dispute resolution.
My corporate law experience includes advising on issues pertaining to setting up business in the Czech Republic. In this respect, I represent clients in proceedings before the public authorities to obtain relevant permits and licences and to register the new entity and its ultimate beneficial owners in the relevant registers. Furthermore, I also assist clients with their day-to-day corporate governance and corporate change issues as well as with complex projects involving restructuring and consolidation aspects.As a dispute resolution lawyer, I have built specialist expertise in relation to squeeze-outs of minority shareholders and their claims for additional payments and top-ups. Over the years, I have supported our clients in a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial arbitrations and court proceedings, including annulment of resolution of the General Meeting, disclosure of information by statutory body members, remedy of defective performance or compensation for damage.
I also assist clients with a variety of employment-related issues, including negotiating employment and service agreements, engaging independent contractors, and implementing internal policies and remote work scheme arrangements. I have also a solid experience with immigration and visa matters.
