I am a senior associate in the Bird & Bird Madrid office specialised in RE and urban planning issues.

With +8 years of experience, I have background in advising in real estate and urban planning matters to national and international corporations, funds and financing entities, covering all the cycle of the real estate assets, from land to developments and finished assets.

I have extensive experience in different kind of deals: acquisitions (including forward purchase and forward funding schemes and build to rent transactions), development and management agreements, lease agreements, portfolios of NPLs, PLs and REOs and disposals, in relation to all types of real estate assets: logistic, residential, retail, offices, student housing, hospitality, data centers, senior living, etc.

• Prior to join Bird & Bird I was also working on another international law firm for its real estate and zoning department.
