As an associate in our Hamburg office and a member of our Commercial as well as Regulatory and Administrative practice groups, I advise German and international clients in the Energy & Utilities sector.

I advise developers, operators, manufacturers and contractors in the Energy sector on matters covering the entire project lifecycle. This includes the drafting, review and revision of contracts, the corresponding dispute resolution as well as advice regarding regulatory requirements. Therefore, I represent our clients in out-of-court negotiations as well as in litigation proceedings – either as claimant or defendant.

A particular focus of my practice lies in renewable energy and environmental law. During my legal clerkship, I gained practical experience in environmental and regulatory matters from an EU perspective with a station at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Environment in Brussels. At a station at a German civil rights NGO, I was involved in strategic litigation in the field of fundamental rights and environmental protection. My master's thesis addressed the topic of climate justice, which further deepened my interest in sustainability and environmental governance.
