About Me
As member of our Corporate / M&A team, I advise our clients on venture capital and venture lending transactions for high-growth technology companies, as well as in corporate law.
The focus of my practice is on advising start-ups, especially in the biotechnology, robotics, telecommunications, renewable energy and mobility sectors, on a range of matters from seed financing to later stage financing rounds with an international investor circle, as well as advising on exit transactions. I also advise investors on investments in start-ups through equity financing, convertible loans and venture lending. Furthermore, I regularly advise start-ups on the implementation of employee participation through (virtual) share option programs (VSOP/ESOP), as well as equity participation (e.g. growth shares).Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked at a renowned law firm well known for its private equity and venture capital practice.
