As member of our Corporate / M&A team, I advise our clients on venture capital and venture lending transactions for high-growth technology companies, as well as in corporate law.

The international law firm Bird & Bird advised Vectoflow GmbH, the global leader in 3D printed flow measurement systems, on its Series A investment round, securing € 4 million in funding. The round was backed by new key investors, including Bayern Kapital Innovationsfonds II, WN Invest GmbH, asto One Investment GmbH, argo Vantage GmbH, Schwarz Holding GmbH, Dr. Rolf Pfeiffer, as well as existing seed investors AM Ventures and KfW Bankengruppe.

The funds raised will be used to drive Vectoflow's expansion into serial production for instrumentation tailored to the aerospace and energy market. Collaborating with new partners, the company aims to extend its reach globally.
