Ludovica Porzio

I am an associate in the Corporate Department in Milan, specialising in commercial and corporate law, with a focus on national and international extraordinary transactions.

I assist Italian and foreign companies as well as investment funds in domestic and cross-border extraordinary transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, demergers, corporate reorganisations, and investment transactions. I also provide ongoing advice on corporate law and corporate governance, supporting clients in strategic decisions and in the day-to-day management of corporate compliance.

I graduated with honours from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and subsequently obtained a PhD in Civil Law as part of the doctoral program "The Law of Services in the Italian and European Legal Systems," conducting part of my doctoral research at the Complutense University of Madrid.
