I am an associate providing data-driven legal advice as part of the Pattern team, Bird & Bird's patent intelligence consultancy.

I focus on patent portfolio analytics, valuation, landscaping, as well as the legal and technical aspects of royalty rate determinations in patent disputes.

I am both a Chartered and European Patent Attorney with experience in drafting/prosecution of patent applications, defending/attacking patents, infringement assessments as well as carrying out due diligence work such as freedom-to-operate searches. This experience was predominantly in the respective fields of propulsion, energy, electrical circuitry, control methods, computer-implemented inventions, refrigeration, thermal management, automotive and consumer devices.
