As a Senior Associate and part of the Commercial team, I advise international and national corporations on all aspects of contract and liability law.

I work in our Munich office as a Commercial Contracts lawyer. I am also a member of the national and international Automotive Sector Group. In this capacity, I advise our clients on all aspects of contract law, warranty and (product) liability, with a focus on automotive suppliers and other organisations operating within complex supply chains.

I advise our clients on all stages of the business relationship - from the negotiation of supply, distribution and other contracts to their implementation and termination. This also includes advice and representation in contentious matters, e.g. in warranty and recall cases.

A main focus of my practice is the review and drafting of complex commercial contracts and general terms and conditions. I help our clients with understanding and evaluating complex contracts and their risks, and with structuring their contractual relationships in a legally secure and economically sensible manner. After all, good contracts are an important cornerstone for a successful business relationship.

I work in German and English and also speak good Spanish.

• Advising several Tier1 automotive suppliers in high-volume warranty and recall cases, including settlement negotiations.
• Advising various suppliers on the assertion of or defence against price adjustment claims, including the preparation of delivery stops as well as the filing of protective briefs.
• Advice on the crisis-proof drafting of (supply) contracts, both on the purchasing and sales side.
• Preparation of an authorised dealer agreement for worldwide use.
• Advising and representing a network operator in legal proceedings against a contractor for defects in performance.
• Drafting of and advice on customised agreements for special purposes (procurement cooperation, price adjustments limited in time or scope, outsourcing of production, etc.).
• Review of and advice on purchasing conditions and other contractual documents of our clients' business partners.
• Drafting and revision of terms and conditions of sale.
• Advice on force majeure, allocation and liability issues in the context of the 2021 flood disaster.
