I am an attorney for Intellectual Property and unfair competition with a focus on regulatory issues.

I advise clients from the life science and consumer goods industries with unfair competition and regulatory issues. Medicinal products, food supplements, tobacco and cannabis often raise complex issues over market access, advertising and related claims. I defend our clients against challenges over product, advertising and regulatory compliance by public authorities or competitors.

I further develop strategies with our clients to ensure compliance in advertising, product presentation and communication – in digital media and social networks. We assess whether your advertising slogans meet the special requirements that apply to products, such as pharmaceuticals.

As an experienced musician and composer, I am a competent partner for the media and entertainment sector in all matters of music and copyright law – be it with regard to sampling, uploading and the use of musical content, protection of your works and arrangements, remuneration for their distribution or the prosecution of infringements of copyright.

I represent our life science and media clients in court and with out-of-court settlement of conflicts. If urgency is required, we enforce your rights through preliminary injunction proceedings.
