As an associate, I advise on cross-border M&A transactions as well as corporate law and transaction-related matters.

As an associate in our corporate/M&A practice group in Frankfurt, I advise national and international clients on all corporate and transaction-related matters, such as domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, intra-group restructurings, joint ventures and transformation measures. My expertise includes supporting clients with buy-and-build strategies, restructuring and reorganising companies, and offering general corporate secretarial advice, in particular in the business sectors automotive, energy, infrastructure and software/technology.

During my studies, I was able to gain extensive professional experience in corporate and M&A matters while working as a research assistant and as a legal trainee for three years at Bird & Bird.
