Mónica Sangalli

I am an associate in Bird & Bird's Madrid office in the Corporate and M&A department.

I joined the firm in 2020, since then, I have been able to participate in a wide variety of operations and transactions, which have allowed me to evolve as a lawyer. This field, together with the advantages of working on an international firm such as Bird & Bird, has offered me a unique point of view on how parties interact in a globalized market.

The day to day of our department is quite eclectic, it can go from helping clients with their corporate secretarial issues to advising on M&A transactions in the Retail & Consumer, Information Technology, and Life Sciences sectors, as well as on Real Estate deals. This has not only given me law-related knowledge but has also provided an opportunity to learn to coordinate different teams, work with people from other departments of the firm and get the hang of tight deadlines.

The acquired skills, together with both the benefit of having a multi-disciplinary firm and being part of such and amazing team, make me able to provide tailor-made solutions for each client.
