Nick Gorensweigh

I am a newly-qualified associate in our Intellectual Property Group in London. My work focuses on contentious patent matters. I am particularly interested in the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector.

My background is in science having studied Biomedical Science at university. At Bird & Bird, my day-to-day work includes advising pharmaceutical and biotech companies in patent related matters, which often span multiple jurisdictions. My patent litigation experience includes UK infringement and revocation proceedings, and opposition and appeal cases before the EPO.

I also have experience in large scale patent and FRAND disputes in the Technology & Communications sector and experience in Life Sciences & Healthcare regulation.
