I am an associate in Employment Law practice.
I have been advising clients since 2015, specialising in individual and collective labour law. I provide Polish and international employers with day-to-day consultancy on broadly understood HR law with a special focus on employing and dismissing employees, including executive managers, as well as non-compete arrangements, secondment and mobbing.
I have experience in handling matters involving transfer of work establishments and any employee-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions. I advise employees on employment restructuring, including group dismissals, changes in terms of employment of key staff members and outsourcing. I design dismissal plans and prepare the documents required.
In addition, I draft and implement internal policies and in-company rules and regulations, including, i.a., work regulations, pay and bonus rules, anti-mobbing policies. I assist employers with the process of communicating with employee and union representatives.
I have also conducted webinars and trainings for employers on employment law topics.
Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience in some of the biggest international law firms and I worked for an Irish law firm in Dublin.
