Pauline Toet

As a senior associate and candidate civil law notary in our Notary department, which is part of our Corporate group in The Hague, I specialise in Dutch general and notarial corporate law, including cross-border M&A, restructurings, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

I regularly advise national and international clients on various aspects of notarial corporate law, such as mergers and acquisitions, demergers, corporate restructurings, share pledges, joint ventures, incorporations, due diligence and corporate governance.

My experience covers a wide range of industries, including energy, automotive, leisure and life sciences. I have been involved in several complex cross-border transactions and I am also committed to supporting start ups with a wide range of corporate law aspects such as incorporation and governance structure.

I joined the Notary department of Bird & Bird in October 2018, after previously having worked at another international law firm in Amsterdam as well as an international law firm in The Hague.
