Peter Schulze

I am an associate in our Regulatory and Administrative team in Düsseldorf. I am also in our international Security and Defense, and Technology and Communications sector groups.

My tasks as a lawyer in the regulatory and administrative sector include comprehensive advice and support for clients in administrative law, foreign trade, IT law, as well as procurement and contract law.

My specific focus lies on large-scale security-based projects in the field of defence and security, as well as information and communication technology. In addition, I advise public clients on the possible use of open-house proceedings, as well as horizontal and vertical in-house procurements.
