Simon Schulz

As an associate in the Financing & Financial Regulation practice group based in our Frankfurt office, I advise German and international clients on all aspects of banking and finance law. One focus of my work is advising on structured financing, real estate, acquisition and corporate finance.

I also advise on sustainable infrastructure investments with a particular focus on the energy sector.

I am particularly interested in developing financing structures that are individually tailored to meet the requirements and business objectives of our clients. A specific emphasis lies in advising banks, investors and borrowers.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I completed my legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Bielefeld with stages in law firms in the areas of corporate law and mergers & acquisitions.
