Pbb is a leading European specialist bank for commercial real estate financing and had already financed the construction of the logistics centre. The loan is in the mid double-digit million range.
Hillwood is one of the world's leading companies in the commercial property sector with 30 years of investment experience in Europe and North America and has a special focus on the development and management of commercial and industry spaces.
The logistics centre is located in the developed industrial area of Duisburg-Hochfeld, it will be used for production, warehousing and commerce purposes. The site has a total rental area of approx. 28,200 square meters.
