Stina-Sofia Moberg

I am a senior associate in our Real Estate & Infrastructure group in Helsinki. In addition, I work with our Corporate and M&A group counselling on Corporate and Commercial assignments.

I have nearly eight years of practical experience in top tier law firms since graduating from law school, as well as in-house experience. I am a Finnish qualified Master of Laws, with court training and experience representing in court.

I have worked as a legal counsel in a Finnish state-owned gas company, which is a leader in sustainable Nordic energy solutions. I have been involved in many biogas plant projects (liquefied biogas, LBG) in Finland and Sweden and negotiated settlement agreements between large listed companies. I also have a comprehensive understanding of biogas plant projects, from the initial stage of the purchasing of the land, to the opening of the factory.

I have a solid legal and business knowledge which I have gained through practical work experience and my studies. I also hold a second Master of Laws degree from the University of Aberdeen King's College, and a Master of Management, Accounting and Finance, thus I am a fluent interpreter of financial statements, which is a useful skill when approaching and judging business cases. Having worked both in-house and at law firms, I have a strong understanding of the energy business that gives me the ability to create innovate solutions for the client's business needs.
