Tarik Kenan

I am an associate in our international Real Estate Group, specialising in all aspects of commercial property transactions for a wide variety of clients.

Working as part of our team in London, I advise a range of clients including developers, investors, occupational tenants and lenders on projects based in London and in other parts of England and Wales. I also provide property due diligence support to clients on corporate sales and acquisitions.

I have a particular focus on acting for investor clients on acquisitions and disposals as well as related asset management across multiple sectors and asset classes including offices, retail and mixed-use property.

I strive to provide high quality legal advice to our clients and to take a practical approach to all transactions, keeping our clients' desired outcomes at the centre of all matters.
