Teodor Hallin

I am an associate in the Corporate practice group in Stockholm, providing local and international clients with comprehensive advice on transactions, financing arrangements, and general corporate law.

For the past four years, I have been a member of our Swedish Corporate team, aiding private companies and organisations in matters ranging from cross-border M&A, financing, and Venture Capital investments to all sorts of local corporate law issues (e.g. general meetings, board of directors' liability, issuance of warrants or shares, setting up a company, mergers, liquidation, bankruptcy) and recurring corporate governance questions.

After spending one and a half years in court training (Sw. tingstjänstgöring) working as a junior judge at the District Court of Västmanland, I have also acquired hands-on experience in dispute resolution.

I pride myself on being thorough and responsive, and on upholding transparency, so my clients benefit from swift yet precise advice that always meet their expectations and timelines.

Please note that I am currently out of office on a long-term secondment, working full time as in-house legal counsel for a client in the finance sector. In this role, I advise on a broad variety of legal issues, including regulatory compliance, privacy and data protection, and employment law, while also proactively monitoring emerging laws and regulations that could have impact on my client. Additionally, on a more frequent basis I review and assess NDAs and confidentiality undertakings, and parent company guarantees.
