Teodor Hallin

As an associate in our Corporate practice in Stockholm, I advise both national and international clients in private M&A transactions and other matters regarding corporate law.

I first joined Bird & Bird as a trainee during the summer of 2020 where I got a chance to try out different practices of the firm. After graduating from Uppsala University in the spring of 2021 I joined the Corporate practice in Stockholm full time. As an associate I advise and assist private companies, both domestic and foreign, in all sorts of corporate law matters, including but not limited to private M&A transactions.

During my studies, and before joining Bird & Bird, I had an internship at another law firm in Stockholm specialised in criminal law. I have also worked with family law and as a legal assistant for the Medical Products Agency.
