Vanessa Sebastianutti

Working as an associate in the Bird & Bird Corporate Department, I support our clients in a wide range of corporate matters, from extraordinary transactions to day-to-day issues.

My experience includes assisting domestic and international clients on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, corporate governance advice as well as drafting of commercial agreements.

I provide advice to clients active in several industries such as energy, manufacturing, life sciences & healthcare.
Before joining Bird & Bird in April 2019, I completed my professional training at the General State Attorney's office ("Avvocatura Generale dello Stato"), and then joined another global law firm.

Before that, I graduated summa cum laude and a special mention for academic distinction from LUISS University of Rome and had completed an eighteen-month postgraduate traineeship at the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Court of Appeal of Rome.

I am bilingual Italian and English.
