Vincent Kirsch

I am an associate in our Hamburg office and a member of the International HR Service Group. I advise national and international employers on all legal aspects of individual and collective employment law.

My practice covers the entire spectrum of day-to-day HR questions as well as guidance on complex restructuring measures and corporate transactions.

In particular, my services include the customised drafting of all kinds of employment law documents, such as employment and managing director service agreements, compensation agreements and termination agreements. I also draft the required documents for the transfer of employees in the course of transactions. In addition, I advise on collective employment law issues, including aspects of collective bargaining agreements, co-determination and dealing with works councils.

My clients include national and international companies as well as corporations, especially in the technology sector.

Before I joined our law firm, I completed my legal clerkship which included work experience in international law firms in Hamburg and Tokyo. During my studies, I chose to specialise in employment law and I deepened my expertise in this field through different work experiences, in particular at a renowned international US law firm.
