I am an Associate in the Intellectual Property Group in London, with a particular focus on the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

I have extensive experience in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters for pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare clients. In addition, I also have experience in the technology, media, and communications sector.

Drawing upon my strong scientific background as a biotechnology engineer, I am adept at comprehending the technical nuances of patent disputes. My multidisciplinary background allows me to bring analytical and problem-solving skills to my matters.

Prior to joining the firm, I worked with a leading intellectual property firm in India, where I handled a wide array of IP matters, including patents, trademarks, copyright, and design-related issues. I have successfully litigated disputes before various high courts and forums in India, including the Supreme Court of India, the High Courts of New Delhi and Mumbai, and contributed to landmark judgments concerning Standard Essential Patents and trademarks. I have also experience in handling patent prosecution before the Indian Patent Office.
