I am a lawyer in the Real Estate team in Warsaw.

I have been advising clients since 2021, specialising in civil and administrative law and sale of real properties.

I develop my specialisation in the field of commercial real estate, focusing on the practical aspects of handling transactions and legal processes. My experience includes cooperating with a variety of business entities.

I support clients in real estate market transactions. One of the main areas of my practice is preparing due diligence reports on commercial properties, including logistics parks, office buildings, and retail facilities. My work involves detailed review of documentation to verify the legal status of properties and to identify potential risks that may affect planned transactions. I also advise on investment and construction-related matters.

I prepare transactional documentation and support post-transaction processes. I draft sale agreements, preliminary agreements, and other documents necessary to complete transactions. After closing, I assist clients with the formalities associated with the transfer of ownership title and with resolving ongoing legal issues arising from performance of agreements.

In addition, I prepare lease agreements tailored to the parties' needs and take part in negotiating their terms.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained professional experience at a Polish law firm, the Regional Court in Warsaw, and the Civil Law Section of the Legal Clinic at the University of Warsaw, where I provided pro bono legal assistance.
