As an associate in our Paris-based Corporate/M&A department, I assist French and international clients in driving domestic and cross‑border M&A transactions and navigating strategic corporate governance matters

My practice covers share and asset deals, corporate reorganisations, and a wide range of corporate governance issues, including board structuring and compliance with French corporate law requirements.

I also advise foreign investors on setting up their business operations in France, as well as French and international groups on the structuring and implementation of joint ventures.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I gained valuable in-house experience through several internships within the legal departments of both listed and non‑listed high‑profile companies, including a major listed airline group, a state‑owned rail transport group, and a leading tech group. I further strengthened my Corporate/M&A capabilities at major French and international law firms in Paris, advising multinational clients on a broad range of transactions, with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical, energy, real estate (acquisition and disposal of real estate assets), and tech sectors.
