The draft implementing legislation has been published. The draft legislation has been submitted to the house of representatives in April 2024, but the review has been delayed.

It is unclear when the legislation will come into force. Until its entry into force, the DSC cannot appoint trusted flaggers or out-of-court dispute settlement bodies.
