Yes. Estonia deposited its instrument of ratification on 1 August 2017
Regional. Estonia will be part of the Nordic-Baltic regional division of the UPC with Sweden, Latvia and Lithuania (as established on 4 March 2014, read more on this on the related link below).
Schleegatan 7, 112 28 Stockholm, Sweden. If certain conditions are met, disputes can be solved under the regional CFI by using Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian local court rooms. Each of these countries will establish dedicated facilities for hearing cases, which are expected to be used as much as possible. For Estonia, such rooms have been allocated in the Harju County Court premises.

A legislative act for amending the Implementation of Convention on Grant of European Patents Act and other acts (e.g. Patents Act, Code of Civil Procedure etc.) was passed on 14 June 2017. This amending act will enter into force simultaneously with the UPC Agreement and the Agreement on the Establishment of a Nordic-Baltic Regional Division of the Unified Patent Court for Estonia.
Estonia has made a declaration on its consent to begin the UPC provisional application phase as of 3 July 2017.
