CAP releases a new guide for social media influencers

Following consultations with influencers and agencies, CAP has identified the need for its guidance on influencer marketing to be more clear and accessible. We take a look at the new guide.

CAP and the CMA have teamed up to create a new guide, “An Influencer’s Guide to making clear that ads are ads“, which sets out how to ensure influencer marketing conforms with consumer law.
