Reports of Trade Mark Cases for CIPA April 2020

In this month's report, we report the CJEU's judgment on the global assessment of likelihood of confusion in Foundation for the Protection of the Traditional Cheese of Cyprus named Halloumi v EUIPO (CJ; C-766/18 P) . We also look at the High Court's decision on trade mark infringement in Red Bull GmbH v Big Horn UK Ltd & Ots [2020] EWHC 124 (Ch).
