I have real depth of experience with cross border IP strategies - for litigation and transactions - addressing the commercial goals of our clients.

International law firm Bird & Bird today launches its new Disputes+ Portal, a premium content platform designed to give clients a tailored knowhow service on contentious law issues and topics.

The Disputes+ Portal includes a range of content including dispute resolution essentials and key insights into the latest dispute developments.  It offers Bird & Bird's clients and contacts a platform on which they can identify the knowhow that's vital for them through the tagging system, and bookmark articles of interest to their personal page.

The platform also features a country comparison tool which allows clients to compare the legislative framework of various global jurisdictions.

Annet van Hooft, joint head of our International Dispute Resolution group said: "Our clients often tell us that it's a struggle to find a good resource that covers both the latest developments and a refresher on the essential issues across contentious law issues, so we wanted to create a tailored portal that meets their needs. There is a wealth of disputes expertise across our sectors, practices and countries so to see all this knowledge pooled in a digital platform is very exciting. I hope our clients find the service a useful reference guide."

Morag Macdonald, joint head of the International Intellectual Property group said: "The Disputes+ Portal is a resource which our clients can use for all of those non-IP specific dispute queries. In time we also intend to add more subject-specific elements."
