Bird & Bird is the proud sponsor of Denmark’s biggest ever hackathon #HacktheCrisisDK with focus on containment of the coronavirus within three categories: Saving lives, Helping businesses and Helping Communities.
The 48h nonprofit event was launched on 3rd April by Copenhagen Capacity, together with partners, and the goal was to develop open-source prototypes, which will contribute to solving the most pressing challenges in the current COVID-19 crisis.
There are currently 40+ similar events in action worldwide to design, test and launch moonshot ideas for COVID-19 crisis and response. Ideas will be prototypable within 48 hours.
