The Finnish SaaS community Likeit Nepton Group has since the autumn of 2022 operated under the name Saarni Cloud. Saarni Cloud helps businesses to grow and professionals to succeed in their work by providing secure and easy-to-use cloud services that solve everyday problems. Saarni Cloud is a Finnish software group and a SaaS pioneer whose services for personnel management, learning, working time monitoring, financial management and analytics are used by 400,000 people in more than 1,000 customer organizations in Finland and the Northern Europe.
Bird & Bird acted as legal advisor to Saarni Cloud throughout the entire rebranding process. This included, among other things, clearance searches for the new brand and its various alternatives prior to the launch of the new brand, as well as advising on the trademark protection necessary to protect the new brand and on the harmonisation of the group's trade names.
