Bird & Bird acted as a legal counsel for Toivo Group Plc (“Company”) in connection with its accelerated bookbuild offering in which the Company offered for subscription through a directed share issue to institutional and other qualified investors in the aggregate 1,900,000 new shares in the Company and raised gross proceeds amounting to EUR 3,7 million. The offering was completed on June 22, 2022.
