I am a partner in our Corporate group, based in Copenhagen, primarily working on M&A transactions.
AL Finans has existed since 1935 and is a subsidiary of the Danish bank, Arbejdernes Landsbank. AL Finans offers financing solutions within loans, leasing and factoring to both private individuals and companies.
SIXT is one of the world's largest groups within car rental, leasing, car care and car sales, and is represented in more than 90 countries. SIXT Denmark has been an exclusive franchisee of SIXT since 2004 and is in the top 3 in Denmark in terms of car rental.
The investment entails a strategic business cooperation that both AL Finans and SIXT Denmark can benefit from through a joint increased volume and more competitive prices due to the strengthening of the purchasing and sales side.
