International law firm Bird & Bird is pleased to announce its role as legal advisor to FCG Finnish Consulting Group in the sale of its international development consulting business to Cowater International, a prominent Canadian global player in the industry. The sale encompasses FCG's development consulting business on a global scale, including its offices in Finland, Sweden, Germany, Kenya, Singapore, Philippines, and New Zealand.
By divesting its international development consulting business, FCG is strategically positioning itself to concentrate on the Finnish market. FCG aims to strengthen its role as a partner to both the public and private sector, contributing to the building of a more sustainable society.
Bird & Bird facilitated the legal aspects of this strategic transaction, leveraging its expertise in demanding cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
