Bird & Bird ATMD advises on Davis Commodities US$5 million IPO and listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market

The Bird & Bird ATMD team was led by Partner Marcus Chow and Associate Xing Yi Tan. The team advised the boutique full-service investment bank and underwriter Univest Securities for Davis Commodities Limited's initial public offering (IPO). Davis Commodities Limited is a Singapore-based agricultural commodity trading company that specializes in trading sugar, rice, and oil and fat products.

Univest Securities helped Davis Commodities raise funds by facilitating the sale of ordinary shares to the public. Davis Commodities received aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$5 million from the Offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and other related expenses.
