International law firm Bird & Bird advised Bornholms Brand A.m.b.a. on its strategic acquisition of Topdanmark A/S’ 27% ownership stake in Bornholms Brandforsikring A/S. This significant transaction marks a pivotal moment for Bornholms Brand A.m.b.a. as it regains full ownership and strengthens its position in the insurance market on Bornholm.
Following the transaction, Bornholms Brandforsikring A/S will maintain its partnership with Topdanmark and will continue collaborating in the sale of insurance on Bornholm.
