Magnus Pedersen

As a junior associate in our Corporate group in Denmark, my primary focus is on providing legal advice to companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate law.

In my role as a junior associate in the Danish corporate M&A team, I advise our diverse client base on various aspects of M&A transactions and corporate law.

This includes advising on company formation and structural changes, management and ownership matters, restructurings, corporate governance, incentive schemes, share and asset transfers, investments, W&I insurance, due diligence, and the drafting and negotiation of transactional documents. Additionally, I oversee project planning, management, and strategic considerations across all phases of a transaction.
